?My family has been looking for a house in Soda Creek for over a year. Last we bought one. Harris Reiter was the realtor who found us this house and worked to get the deal done. He was instrumental in getting us our mortgage and he saved us $2,000 when he noticed some issues on the inspection. Harris donated $4,400 to Evergreen Mountain School as a result of this transaction. He will do this for every transaction which comes from an EMS family. That includes referrals of neighbors and friends!!! It costs them nothing, they will get great service, they have access to top notch service and the school gets a huge benefit.?
